SECTION 4 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final. Due to health and hygiene regulations, oral care products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, tested, or used. This policy is standard across the oral care industry and exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is completely unopened, unused, and still sealed in its original packaging with the factory seal intact. Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If your order is delivered to an incorrect address that you provided, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. If tracking shows your order as "Delivered," the package is considered successfully received. Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal office if you cannot locate your package. We are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation.

Chargebacks filed for orders that have been confirmed as delivered, or for products that have been opened or used, will be disputed with full documentation.
